Unreal4ever Tournament Version2.98 : Test of Time (needs Unreal Tournament)

This is a Testpackage for the upcoming M.S.U.-Weapon-Contest.

News since 2.0:

->Menu System (Mods->U4e Tournament). Ammo & Powerup Replacement not yet added.

->BFG20k (new effects & ammo usage)
->QSG (new skins & effects)
->Tomahawk (fire:spycam, altfire:redeemer style)
->Shrinker (finally works FLAWLESS)
->Pipebombs (re-pickupable, throw-force indicator)...please feedback about network bugs...
->Spiderbombs (altfire detonates them)
->Howzy (damage reduced)
->Pitchfork
->Millenium Eightball (new: kickback)

Fixes of 2.0 bugs:

->Phasor beam shows up correctly on clients
->Litesword anims *probably* working on clients...PLEASE FEEDBACK!
  (altfire will be changed)
->Fourball power reduced
->Phasor: multiple skeletons fixed
->Translocator-& Melee-Weapons spawn correctly
->UMOD ServerPackage-AddIni commands fixed

Yes, I know there's still much to do yet - but if the Phasor & Litesword
in this package work correctly on clients I know how to fix the other
animation problems...
