Single Player: Look below newbie :)

Multiplayer: For use with Tow Arena.

Description: There are two sides in Static.  You can reach the other side through a tube if you want.  Beneath is water with electricity
             so don't fall :)

Installation: You first need Tow Arena to play this map.  I don't think DM will be much fun.  Just put the TA_OF_4Square
              in your shogo/custom directory.  This map should be under custom maps now.  Enjoy!

Known Bugs: The flickering light is stops working sometimes.  No big deal.

This FAQ is based on some of the troubles I had.  I hope this helps you.
Mini DEdit FAQ:

Q: Some brushes in my map are deformed in the game, but in DEdit it looks fine.
A: That brush is what you call a Concave brush.  The shape of the brush you made is too weird for DEdit.  To find concave
   brushes press ctrl f.

Q: But I like that shape!  Don't make me kill it!
A: You can make the same shape by creating multiple valid brushes and putting them together.

Q: How do I select a brush in the 3d view?
A: Hold down "T" and left-click.

Q: How do I move a vertex of a brush?
A: Go to Geometry mode (Mode ---> Geometry mode) press and hold "M".  Now while holding, click and drag.  Watch out, don't
   make any concave brushes.

Q: How do I make glass?
A: Go to http://www.crystalfactor.com/Smoth/tutorial1.htm for an excellent glass tutorial made by Smoth.  You can listen to
   some Zelda 3 music at the same time :) For his homepage go to http://www.crystalfactor.com/Smoth/

Q: My map runs slower than a turtle with arthritis, what do I do?
A: You probably have a leak in your map.  If you've patched up all the leaks, and the problem still persists, make sure
   you didn't intersect any brushes.  Unless you really want to, don't intersect brushes.

Q: How do I make a cool fog effect?
A: Select your world properties and switch over to the properties tab.  All the options are there.

Q: How do you make ladders?
A: Make anything that looks like a ladder, rope, anything that you can climb on first.  Then make a seperate brush, bind it
   to ladder (under VolumeBrush/Ladder) and put it where the person will be climbing (in front of the ladder duh :)

Q: I've done everything right for my sky, but the sky texture still shows the sky text on the texture.
A: On the sky texture brushes, in properties, turn on sky portal.

Q: What's the difference between Dir lights and just regular lights?
A: Direct lights shine light in a given direction like a cone.  Regular lights are always in a circular form.

Q: How do I make flickering lights?
A: This is pretty simple.  It's all under ClientLightFX.  The one in TA_OF_Static is FlickerLight.
