(Deathmatch 1 and 2 are the originals, 3 is the randomized items!) (Dont have to worry about changing names and crap like that!) 2. Bug that if you grab a backpack deletes all your weapons is now destroyed! (Can't believe I didn't notice it all this time!) 3. NOW WORKS WITH GLQUAKE! 4. FEIGN IS BUG FREE AND MORE VERSATILE! It's now a trigger, read impulses and description for more details. 5. Reduced damage on sticky bombs, mines, grenades and decoyz. 6. Changed models for plasma bullet. (This was why GLQuake didn't work) 7. Added a globe of light around the plasma bullets and the flames. 8. Reduced recoil on most weapons. 9. Removed Laser Sight. 10. Lowered the shotgun pellet damage just a little bit. 11. Fixed wierd animation on a character firing plasma. 12. Sticky bombs explode when enemy health is less than or equal to 10. 13. Fixed bug were boxes of cells in deathmatch gave you 12 and 6 instead of 40 and 25. 14. Removed the biosuit as one of the skins. ------------ NEED HELP ON ------------ NOTHING! ----------- Type of Mod ----------- New Quake C : yes New Sound : yes New MDL : yes ----------------- Format of Quake C ----------------- .qc files : no (ask and ye shall recieve,**NOW COMMENTED**) progs.dat : yes ------------------------------- Description of the Modification ------------------------------- Well, it is everything that you can think of. I have mixed all the cool addons in this compilation. Heres a list: ----- BOMBS ----- Bombs are now all accessed by the weapons impulses therefore removing all of those freakin impulses. Mines are shared with the Nailgun, Stickybombs are shared with the Dual barrel Shotgun, and Decoyz are shared with the lightning gun. The decoyz and the stickybomb share the same detonation impulse which is 30. This will blow up all decoyz and stickybombs at the same time. They all have new weapon models everytime you drop or throw one! Proximity mines : They take three seconds to activate and then anyone who gets to close gets blasted. If you pass a grenade, stickydemo, throwing axe, or rocket by it, it will blow! No more mining teleporters now! (Mines don't blow up by explosions, they blow up by heat entities other than themselves, so you can plant many mines together, but if you have a other object in their detection radius, good-bye:) (1 rocket) Sticky Bombs : When thrown, they will stick to anything it touches. Now if you have a sticky bomb stuck on you, you have a chance of living. You start running and jumping like a mad man, you might detach it! Has a ten minute time limit, then blows! It also blows up if enemy has health less than 11! (1 rocket) Decoyz : When unleashed, its drops a activator which activates in 2 seconds. Then, it will be on hunt mode until a enemy comes by, when it does, they will shoot at it and will drop clips like you do. If touched, it will make a warp graphic which reveals the decoy. Then you can blow it up! (20 cells) ------- WEAPONS ------- Plasma Gun : Just like in Doom2! This baby rips through anything and eats cells like a motherlover! Always gibs anything if about to die! Has same effect underwater like a lightning gun! (Including the ability to shock the water from outside:) (1 cell) Cannon : Watch out for this badboy! This annihilates anything it hits. It bursts out 5 rockets which come in lighting speed with damage maxing to 450! Always gibs if about to die and direct hit! Don't worry, radius is not big so you can live if someone is running around with one. It also has incredible kickback that moves you left to right! (5 rockets) FlameThrower : Shoots flames with a 20% chance of lighting someone on fire. If lit on fire, he can pass fire to others! (1 cell) ThrowingAxe : Throws a axe! You can retrieve axes that you throw. Do about same damage as hand axe! (1 axe) ------------ MISCELLANOUS ------------ Multiskin Pro : It has 17 skins which are : Quake, Duke, Frog, Storm Trooper, Terminator, Predator, Skelator, Indian dude, Boba Fett, Enforcer, Jason, Batman, Reptile, Knight, Santa, Robocop, and Optimus Prime. Skins don't change unless you tell them to even if you switch levels! Swinging hook : It does not interfere with weapons and swings. You can even choose to get closer or further from it. It now can pull in monsters and players! (NOTE: If u hit a monster, it will automatically suck him in for you) You can also choose to tighten rope so it stays perfectly still! (For some maps, like airtime, hook doesn't stick to sky textures! If you want to make your map do the same, make you sky textures thick!) Feign Death: Your character drops to the floor feigning death. (Plays a death scene.) He can look around but he can't shoot, use the hook, switch weapons, or jump while in feigning. You can now feign while jumping, swimming, or using a elevator. You can't feign using a hook. While in feigning, you won't make any pain noises, so becareful! (While being hit, falling, or drowning.) (You use it by binding +feign to a key. Then you must hold on to the key to stay feigned, when you are done, you simply let go) RemoteRidicule : Like in Duke Nukem. Rub in the frag to your opponent and get a good laugh! Ejecting Shells and Bullets : Shells and bullets are ejected from shotguns and machine guns. The closer you are, the more damage. This gives players a chance against rocket freaks. Heres the ratio: POINTBLANK- Shotgun does 42, Buckshot does 84 MID-RANGE- Shotgun does 21, Buckshot does 42 FAR-RANGE- Shotgun does 10.5, Buckshot does 21 RADIATION SUIT = ENVIRONMENTAL SUIT : The rad suit now protects against fire, lava, and slime. Flame throwers won't do damage to people with a rad suit. You also take half damage from explosive attacks with the rad suit! (Will turn off any fires that are on you when put on) RANDOM ITEMS CODE : This is much better than previous version. Items now spawn ever 15 seconds and come in percentages. Here they are: Powerups : 5% Armor : 5% Weapons : 20% Health : 25% Ammo : 45% (To use, all you do is host a game, then type deathmatch 3 in the console. Then change the map and there it goes!) EQUAL EXPLOSIVE TREATMENT : Before, if you shot a rocket launcher and took damage from it, you only took half, now you take the whole cake! KICKBACK : All weapons (except axe and throwing axe) have recoil. Recoil pushes you back a certain distance everytime you shoot! (A good escape manuever is jump and fire a rocket launcher:) REALISTIC FALLING DAMAGE : Now if you fall, depending on the height, you take damage for it. Most of the time you won't notice it but in levels like airtime, you will feel the falls bigtime. HOLD YOUR BREATH : I made air time longer (25 seconds) and made drowning faster. (Every .5 second you take 1 points of damage which increases) FRY THEM FISH : Now if people are swimming in water and you are outside, you can fry them! All you do is aim at the water and shoot! (Does not kill immediately, does 10 points of damage to anybody within 500 units in water per cell with lighting gun, 6 with plasma gun, to anybody within 300 units in water) NEW AND IMPROVED AIMING : Use the wicked.cfg that came with zip file and bind a key to "center". This makes aiming easier by not auto centering! Happy sniping! BIG NAIL GUN = CHAIN GUN : Big Nail gun now shoots bullets (makes it shoot faster and more percise), little nail gun still shoots nails. RATE OF FIRE : I decreased (made slower) the following: Shotgun, Dual Barrel, Grenade launcher, Rocket Launcher I increased (made faster) the following: Nailgun, Big Nailgun, Flame thrower, Plasma Gun AMMO : I Decreased Shells (50), Rockets (50) I Increased Nails (250), Cells (200), Axes (20) EXPLODABLE EXPLOSIVES! : You can blow up sticky bombs, grenades, rockets! NOBODY LOVES ME! : Obituaries have been removed. This is so you never know when someone is dead. If there were, then feigning death would be retarded! BEAM ME UP : Rockets, sticky bombs, grenades, plasma, flame, throwing axes, and nails pass through teleports! They also travel at the angle which you shot them at, so you can clear a room! All teleporters teleport! ------------ INSTALLATION ------------ 1. Make a subdir in your quake directory such as wicked : md wicked 2. Copy wicked3t.zip into subdir : copy wicked3t.zip wicked 3. I finally fixed that stupid feign death bug. And it only took me a half a second! (DOH!) Have fun!
