Controls and Disx Phizix

Firstly, bind a key to burst. Burst is enabled by looking up and pressing the key.   It can also be angled upwards but not horizontal or looking down. Burst will give you an increased jump and is best used for escaping a shot or slamming a servex scoring disc into the basket. <see scoring>

The red arrow in the icon field: indicates burst is ready for use.

The disx is the only 'tool/weapon' the player has. The attack button can be tapped for a slow disc or held down for approxiamtely 5 seconds (or until the sound whirs) to fire a very fast disc <referred to as super disx>.  Speed indication is shown on the disx numerically with a final level sign of
.

When the disx is in your inventory it appears as: . When it is in flight this icon is not diplayed.

The disx when thrown against a shielded opponent will send the opponent flying. The stronger the charge the further they will fly.

If a disx hits a shielded opponent it will spark with a green spark and degrade the shield point by one then returns to the owner.

The disx ricochet until it returns to your possesion. Try different techniques until you find one to your liking.

An opponent can be terminated or hit with a returning disc. So watch where you are standing.

Scoring System

The servex is the team scoring disx.  The disc returner is  usually placed in the center of the map.  The servex glows blue when it is brought into play and glow red when possession is lost and it drops to the ground.  While in inventory it appears as this icon:   If you are in possession of the servex others will know by the trail of sparkles that you emit.

<team play>

The command to join a team or enter into gameplay   is join <color> color being red,blue,yellow or green.  You can change the name of your team with the command team <newname>.  The first person to join a team is the leader.   If the leader should leave use the command, leader, to take control of the leader position.  Once the name of the team has been renamed you must join as the new name of the team i.e., join <boner>

You can change a team as long as you are not in possession of the servex.

<server>

The options such as burst and other burst time are controlled by the server.    Burst changes the game drastically. Altering the time it takes to regenerate burst makes for a more challenging game. However too long my detract from play.  Up to you.  These are the commands sv btime <burst time in seconds>
sv bpower <burst power> 600 default

Your Team score, including your personal goals, appears in the top right hand corner of the screen

Your personal scores appear when Tab is hit.

Scores are made by hitting an opponent with the disx or the servex. You will gain one personal point for terminating an opponent.

Team Scores are based on sending the servex disx (glowing disc that drops from the 'basket') to the 'basket' usually placed in the center of the map.

Every score is an auto +10 team and +2 personal

If the Servex is slammed 'up close scoring' the player receives 4 personal points and the team recieves 14.

For a long distance shot player receives 3 personal points and the team gets 12 points.

When the servex disx hits the basket dead center a sound will go off indicating that you scored.

If a player is killed while in posession of the servex the servex drops to the ground until picked up.  The servex will glow red when on the ground.

The servex can be passed from one teamate to the other by shooting it at the teammate you wish to pass it to.

Shielding

A shield can be picked up and it also respawns.  The disc appears as this within the game:

Your shield meter appears as this icon: This indicates that you are shielded.

If you are without shielding go to the nearest shield <the circle thingy with an orb in the center> and recharge.

The shield protects you from one disc hit. If you are hit with a disc thereafter you will be terminated and a score of one goes to the owner.

With a well placed ricochet shot a shield can be knocked out and the player can be terminated in one fell swoop.
