QircBC

QircBC (= Quake Irc Broadcaster) is a windows application that can be used to give live reports of clanwars on irc servers.

Requirements:

Mirc
Visual Basic 6.0 runtime drivers

Howto:

1. Configure mIRC

Make sure mIRC is configured as seen in the pic above.

2. Launch QircBC

The fist thing you have to do is query a server. Click the 'Query server' button. A new window will appear asking you for the quakeserver's ip and port. You also have to specify if it's a Quake2 or Quake3 server.
The players on the server will now appear in the 'Players' list.

If you're querying a Battleground server or a Quake3 server you need to put all the players in their appropriate team. Just click a playername and click the '->' button pointing to the correct team.
If you're querying a Tourney server you do NOT need to do this.

When this is done, click the 'ON LINE' button. From now on you can't add players to teams anymore. If you still want to add players you'll have to click the 'OFF LINE', add players and click 'ON LINE' again.

QircBC can be used in two ways:
1. Click the 'Announce NOW!' button everytimeyou want it to broadcast the match report on irc.
2. Check the 'Announce every XX s.' and fill in a time interval (between 1 and 60 seconds)
